Consumer terms

These terms apply when you gift, release or claim a membership offer.

Gifting

By gifting an offer you confirm you are authorised to share the recipient's contact details for the purpose of delivering the gift. Gifts expire if unclaimed within the stated period.

Claiming

Each gift can be claimed exactly once, on a first-come first-served basis for public offers. Offers are provided by the named business, subject to that business's own terms and eligibility rules (for example, new customers only). GiftAPass is not the provider of the membership itself.

No payment

Claiming an offer through GetFreeMemberships is free. We never ask consumers for payment details.
