Business terms of service

These terms govern use of GiftAPass by gyms and membership businesses.

The service

GiftAPass lets your departing members gift a configurable membership offer to a named person or release it to the GetFreeMemberships audience. You are responsible for honouring published offers and their terms.

Billing

Setup, configuration and publishing are free. A valid payment method is required before publishing. Your subscription starts only when a membership gift from your account is first successfully claimed. Subscriptions are managed through Stripe and can be cancelled via the billing portal.

Your content

You warrant that offer details, logos and terms you publish are accurate and lawful, and that you will process recipient data you receive in accordance with data-protection law.
